Very Carefully! Due to the lavish selection of designers and the fact each pet has their own unique build, it’s important you read all sizing information provided under each product. Collars: Measure comfortably the entire distance around the neck allowing room for two fingers to fit between the tape measure and your pet’s neck. 

Harnesses: Measure comfortably the entire distance around the upper body at the widest point behind the front two legs.

Pet Apparel: Measure from the nape of the neck to the base of the tail.

Measuring Tips:

All sizes are measured in INCHES

Fabric tape measures are recommended for accuracy

For dogs that have broad chests or thick coats, measure one size larger

Rounding up a size if your pet is right at, or over the maximum range in size is always a good idea. (For example, if your pet’s neck measures 12.5 inches, and the small range is for pets 10-12 inches, you would want the medium size.)

If measuring from an old collar or harness that the pet has been wearing, measure end to end if it is a quick-release buckle. If it is a metal buckle, measure from the buckle.

Orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped out within 2-4 working business days. Once packages are dropped off for shipment please allow 1-5 days to receive your order. 

Because of our unique selection of products, some of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Items purchased may arrive in multiple shipments. 

A tracking number will be sent to you once the package has left the boutique.

If you or your furry friend are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Land of Paws, we will gladly take back or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of shipment.  

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@landofpaws.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions.  

Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used or is not in its original condition. All toys, perishables and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Land of Paws guarantees our products 100% against defects in construction.  We cannot guarantee that your pet will not CHEW on our products.  Therefore, we are not responsible for items damaged by your pet.  If there is a defect in construction or freight damages, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will replace the defective item with the same product.
